Pending Home Sales Maintain Momentum in March

WASHINGTON (April 27, 2016) — Pending home sales increased slightly in March for the second consecutive month and reached their highest level in almost a year, according to the National Association of Realtors®. Only the West region saw a decline in contract activity last month.

APPLYING FOR A RENTAL

If you are interested in any of our rental properties, please call the office to schedule a showing of that property, the showing agent will give you an application to fill out,return it completely filled out and please provides along with the application proof of income.. such as pay check stubbs, social security, disability, child support for at least one month.We do run a credit check, criminal back ground check, current and one previous rental referance. All this information is compiled and presented to the property owner, who then decides weather they approve or disapprove an application. There is a $30.00 application fee,payable in garanteed funds, if you are approved this will be applied towards your rent otherwise the fee is non-refundable.
